I consider this mouse pad a "half" desk pad, meaning it's wide enough for your keyboard and any mouse operation, but not "high" enough to cover the entire surface. Table if you don't need to cover the whole table this will work for you. I love this mouse pad because of the color aesthetic and the wood that trees don't like?

For playing/working and protecting my desk, this surface is as good as any RGB gaming mouse surface. The material is a bit thin, but great for my application. The colors aren't as vibrant as the pictures show, so I'm deducting a star. The quality is excellent, after a month of use the material is holding up well, the stitching is intact. The rubberized backing keeps this thing in place and prevents sticking.

The most disappointing thing about this mouse pad is that its shape is completely different than what is shown on Amazon. The image on Amazon looked like a regular rectangle. This mouse pad is very long and not very deep at all. Somehow it looks ridiculous on the table. Measures 31" long x 11 1/2" deep. Not at all what I expected. I'm a full-time graphic designer and for some reason my Mac's keyboard shakes a bit which is incredibly annoying when typing. This thin mat solved the problem and made typing quieter again. Its size offers enough space for the mouse on the side. It also looks cool and protects the surface of my new desk. Very low profile, causes no problems when wrists are resting on edge. Bought to match an American black walnut table. It's not like this. It is combined with a desk in the customer's office made of imitation mahogany. Too red compared to the photo I saw.
