I have used this tape to successfully install an indoor badminton court on a solid wood surface. I like this tape. I'm teaching a robotics class where we're doing a line following project. I want to mark a sinuous line of light on a concrete floor that will stay in place and rise for weeks without leaving a mess and this tape does a great job. It is stretchy so it can bend without kinking. I tried white tape, it didn't make a mess either, but it didn't stretch so it curled up.
