This reflector lens is a game-changer for boating electronics, providing clear and concise vision of navigational data right before me. Unusable in practice

Great idea that just doesn't work that well. The head-up display is a great feature that every car should have, and it looks like the solution. BUT two main problems make it almost useless: (i) it has no battery and is powered by a cord that plugs into an outlet. Unless you have a unique car with a dash jack like this, you have a chunky cable running down from the top of the instrument cluster to the center console or wherever that AC jack is.
