As a result of using this product, I found that my engine stayed much cooler than before. The installation process was quick and easy, and it fit perfectly with my vehicle. Overall, a great investment for the health of my vehicle!

I am not aware that my truck had a 180 degree thermostat because the mechanic the previous owner took it to was a complete idiot. Plug this in and for the first time it shows normal temp, my check engine light went out and the truck runs much smoother and it SEEMS like it is getting more power from the ECU as the engine is warmed up to the correct temp. Satisfied!

Do yourself a favor and spend twice as much and buy a real thermostat. Gates used to be a great product, but now they go by their own name. The part didn't even last ten months under normal driving conditions in warm weather. This part is not easy to replace in a BMW and should be done in less than a year, you know? It's up to you to buy under the impression that since it's a Gates it must be good and then quickly replace it or buy a better part and be done with it.
