Business Essential!

Based on our own experience, this corded speakerphone is a must-have for any office. The four-line feature allows for easy multitasking and the speakerphone option is perfect for conference calls. The audio quality is top-notch and the phone's design is sleek and professional. However, the phones cords can get tangled if not organized properly. Overall, this phone is a business essential that we highly recommend..

Pros
  • Four line capability allows for multiple business or personal lines to be utilized on one device.
Cons
  • No LCD screen may make it difficult to keep track of incoming calls or display menu options.

Useless customer service, no support

I bought this phone used and it was missing the power adapter. I was hoping I could get it somewhere along with an instruction manual. What a big disappointment - you expect for a product from such a big manufacturer that parts will be readily available, top notch support, a website with all sorts of information - well. Forget it! This phone uses a unique power supply - 6 VAC, you can't find it anywhere. The manufacturer's website is completely useless. Customer service 800 numbers are…
