I gave 1 star just to start with motion detection because they don't have that feature. They were used in gun cabinets. They work great! The light is very bright and easy to turn on with a large button. I recommend them for all dark areas in the house. Under cabinets, cupboards and corners. My wife and I were very satisfied.

Seems bright enough. Bought to light up the trunk of my SUV. Use 3m tape that seems strong enough to hold it in place. The downside to using the 3m strap is that you have to rip the flashlight off the mount to change the batteries. I was hoping that the back would somehow slip off during installation, but it looks like the back only comes off if you put some pressure on the back.
