I just installed this in the attic of my two story house with concrete tile roof and am getting 100% signal quality. I chose it because I live 30 miles from the train stations, so I decided to get something that can do twice as much to account for the damping through the roof. This replaced one of the flexible flat antennas (said to be 40 miles) in the attic. Some of the stations were pixelated so I figured I'd need a rooftop antenna. I tried it in the attic, same mounting point as the old one, and got 18% signal gain (no signal quality, about 40% better quality) on the pixelated channel.
