The description lists 2 o-rings and then compatible water filters. What is not said is that they are 2 different sized o-rings that together fit the listed filters. So you get 1 o-ring that fits your filter. At the listed price you pay for 2 but only get one. This goes back to Revane.

I only found out about two different sizes from the reviews. The product is good but what I tried initially was too big and I thought the other was the same size which is not the case. I finally tried the second one after reading the reviews and it was a hit. I was happy about it and the price is reasonable for two.

If you have a GE GXWH30C, GXWH35F, GNWH38F, GNWH38S or GXWH40L, purchase HHRING O-Ring #PC82456. Comes with food grade silicone. Many other non-OEM o-rings are oversized and can leak. I've even tried cutting 1/8" to 1/4" models from other companies and tried using a gasket maker to get them to work. Save yourself the heartache and pay a little more for it.

Our old seal for our water filter system was difficult to put back on properly after the filter change. Looks like it's stretched a bit? I can still get it where it needs to go and seal things up, but it's a pain. This gasket fits better and isn't such a struggle. I live in the south and have had the hard experience that they are very temperature sensitive when installed. My filter is out at the pump station and I have extra filters and o-rings stored there. Installation in winter is not a problem. In the summer, they're too big to fit properly and they won't be airtight. I keep them inside until I need them. Also, the fat they send is very sticky and sometimes difficult to get a good seal. Instead, I use petroleum jelly to prevent leakage.

As others have said I found this came packaged with two different sized o-rings although this is not stated in the product description. So I paid for 2 o-rings but I can only use one making the price absurd for one thing and if you need two you're stuck because only one fits your model.
