Used with Unistrut for storage and organization

I needed to hang my gym equipment from the ceiling so I screwed some Unistruts to the ceiling and attached these grommets with Unistrut T-Nuts. Now the eyes move to where I want them and they don't twist or loosen like an eye bolt.
