PURCHASED FOR A GOLF CARD AND FAILED. TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIR TECHNICIAN WAS UNTIL 07/30 DUE TO COVID. NOT AVAILABLE. STARTER FAULT HAS BEEN DEFINED. IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE AN EXCEPTION TO THE POLICE REFUND?

Looked good, well packaged. Installed flawlessly. And it didn't produce any energy. He started the golf cart but didn't charge the battery. Apparently I got a bad one. Revain did a good job of letting me send it back for their cents and gave me a credit once it was in their system.

Finally fitted this part and still had the same problem where the golf cart would just stall shortly after charging the battery. I took it to the store, they said the generator was shot through. So the part we got was bad. The returns window has closed and I am unable to email the sellers.

Since I bought this starter it has smoked a lot but I just assumed it was new clothes because I still have it to this day, the day I decided to do a few laps around town, almost never drive The starter blew up, now I don't have a golf cart and over $100. I can't find any contact details to contact the seller either.

IT IS NOW 06/20/2019 AND STARTER GEN IS DEFECTIVE. Wow, it's now 7/1/2020 and the device isn't working again. This is the third starter alternator I've replaced on my golf cart. How do I get my money back? ? It's 05/05/2020 and sometimes it won't start, push or turn the starter and it starts. I will replace it again. I just want my money back instead I just get credit for another order.
