Great Product, Exceptional Customer Service

The customer support team is very helpful! They take time out from there busy schedules for training purposes which helps me understand how i should run my business day-to-day operations even better. I don't have any complaints about this service because it has been great so far but if you do then please let them know that we want more features added such as auto shut down when printer or fax machine goes offline etc. Please use this product especially during summer months where hot water…

Office offers great service and great customer support

I love that they took care off me even when my printer wouldnt work due lack parts or service from HP! Customer support is always right there for you if need be!! The best part about this office is how caring everybody seems so far i have never met someone who was rude at all here everyone wants u happy with everything we do it just makes life easy. I like that each month you get an estimate for how much it will cost per printer/copier/fax machine. It is very easy to see if there were any…

  • Everything gets resolved fast, quick response times too.They are honest in their reports because every job has its own estimates as well ,so no guessing involved once again great customer services !
