Enhance Precision and Performance with Genmitsu Router Straight 2 Flute Acrylic for Superior Acrylic Fabrication Review

This router bit made an exceptional difference in the quality of my acrylic routing. When I tried this product, it cut through the material with ease and left a clean, polished finish. The two flute design really made a difference in reducing chatter and leaving a smooth edge. The only con I have is that it's not recommended for use in metals or woods, but that's to be expected with a specialized acrylic bit. Overall, I highly recommend this router bit for any acrylic routing project.

I cut red oak for about 4 hours before the drill started to burn. After 4 hours my calipers showed that 0.07mm of the cutting edge had been used. They're cheap bits for a reason.

I have to say these end mills look very nice straight out of the box. Maybe my expectations were based on the cheaper tools I bought. Upon opening the box I found that each of these two flute cutters was individually wrapped in its own protective plastic box. When I opened one I was very pleased with the quality of the instrument's appearance. The cutting edge is sharp as expected.
