Works for a while

It works like a sponge but the bond between the sponge and the washcloth breaks down when wet so it works and lasts about 5 uses.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Clarity

These lips are not the same!

I've been buying these sponges from George Foreman for years, this latest order is nothing like before. They're about to fall apart. For the price they charge, they should last just as long as before. VERY BAD QUALITY! Very disappointing. I would like to return them but I have used them.

Pros
  • Manufactured
Cons
  • No Productivity

George Foreman Sponge

I have had this product since October. I have used it several times. It's cheap because the black part used on the grate is beginning to crumble. I have two more and then I'll use a regular teflon coated washcloth and maybe buy another grill. George Foreman's grill isn't as good as it used to be.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Some trouble

YOU ARE TERRIBLE! in Kitchen & Dining

I've been using these sponges for many years, ever since I bought my first George Foreman grill (when they first appeared). These sponges were great back then, once I started using them I stopped buying them. I buy in bulk so I haven't had to buy them for a while and let me tell you they've changed for the worse! The blue sponge side is still good, but the black scrub side just falls apart without using the scrub side. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I can't believe they release them in such BAD quality.

Pros
  • A Sea of Positive Emotions
Cons
  • Useless Features

Attention: this is NOT like before!

Original Foreman cleaning sponges were very hard and durable and could last for quite a while before starting to break down. This "new" formula is almost unrecognizable by its properties as it is very light, brittle and starts to crumble after just a few cleanings and you certainly don't want to eat the little plastic shavings that lie on top of your next meal the time you use the grill. It's a shame what they did to them!

Pros
  • Suitable for many
Cons
  • Not sure

Not the same sponge quality as before

These sponges are useless after two uses because the cleaning material literally comes off in patches. Collecting them before they hit the garbage chute is a real pain. The sponge itself is very thin. I was ready to buy in the UK but no more. I contacted the George Foreman company and asked when these sponges would be available again. I've posted multiple times and received replies that don't answer the question. They won't admit that none of their sponges are from the UK, which leads me to…

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Can I add something
