I've had mixed results replacing flush valves for my customers. This was the exact replacement for the Gerber toilet that I needed to renovate. My customer is happy and so am I!

This is the third flap I bought from Gerber Dance. Now they've made the chain almost two inches shorter, probably to save 5 cents. I had to use the old chain. But the cracker is very suitable for my toilet.

3 stars for now as the damper doesn't seem to stay up when flushing. It lifts with a pull, but no matter how I adjust the chain, it closes instantly. We'll play a little more, but it might come back.

We live in Phoenix and the tap water was hot enough to melt the original muffler in our toilets. It was a perfect replacement and appears to be of better quality. until it melted Let's hope they don't melt anymore.

we just installed that. The chain on this key was much shorter than the chain on the original key. We actually had to use pliers to change the old chain to the new clasp. So far it works great but the need to switch circuits was very annoying. It's easy to shorten a chain that's too long, but you can't stretch a chain that's too short.
