Printing app with budget management feature

The best feature with the app is that you can set reminders for jobs. I have also used it to track my ink consumption. It has a wide range of features which makes it easy to use. It's not very user friendly for the first-time users. But once you get familiar with the system, everything falls into place. If you're looking for a simple way to monitor your printing needs, this should be the one you go for. I recommend using it if you have a lot of documents to print. You can also use it as a cost…

Gespage - Easy Software with Many Options

This is a simple to use tool, it has many options for user profiles and allows you to create groups etc. It is so easy to use! As an admin I have been able to see who has printed which document and what the job number was. The reports are also very useful - showing me how often each printer/copier is used. I do not like that I can select only certain accounts in the drop down boxes. If I want to select all of them I had to manually type in the account numbers. Also the system could be more…
