It is always a little bit scary to use a micro needle roller for the first time. This roller has a good weight and an ergonomic design that makes it easier to use. It is important to keep the roller clean and disinfect it with rubbing alcohol after each use. I bought this product hoping to regain better tone in my skin, and increase collagen production. While I can't measure how well that has been accomplished (will ask my dermatologist at next appointment) my face feels smoother, less bumpy, and skin is slightly plumper. I have other StackedSkincare microneedling tools. This luxe one is beautifully designed with an aluminum body. It’s easy to hold and use and helps with evening out the skin. I like it but this one, compared to other microneedling tools, is much more expensive though.

I've been dermarolling my skin for 3-4 years, twice a week. It really helps and I'm 52 with my profile picture here taken last summer. This and my NuFace is all I need besides a good skincare regime and SPF. This dermaroller is pricey, but at least you can replace the rollers when they wear out. And wear out they do, I replace mine every 3 months. I always use a good HA serum while using this. This is a beautiful roller with the silver sparkly handle and it feels well-balanced.
