I washed and dried as soon as I got it. I noticed that if you stick within 300°F and 330°F that it works really well and there isn't any melting of the hair. I blew dryed it before straightening it. I treated it like I would my own and it worked out great. It's so smooth and very silky. Good for practicing hairdos on.

I used this mannequin as a display for Crocheted hats I make. Her hair is the perfect length to make a nice messy bun. However, because it isn't real hair, it tangles really easily. But it works for what I need and the price was just right.

I should have listened to the reviews. I was able to get one good updo style out of it. It tangle and sheds really bad. I didn't expect human hair like quality from a synthetic hair manikin but I did expect it to last a little longer than just one hair style. I sprayed it with some wig spray to making combing through it a lot easier but it only made it greasy and stringy. Lesson learned.

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it and the shipping came on time. I gave it 4 stars because I was unsure on how to set the stand up for it.

Cons- I bought this mannequin to learn how to install braids but the hair is very stringy and tangles easily. If you are serious about learning how to do her I wouldn’t recommend this mannequin.Pros- The price and it comes with the clamp. I recommend using the mannequin to create wigs.

This doll came exactly as advertised, long soft hair my 11 year old loves playing in her hair . the head is a lil smaller than expected but it wasn’t a problem at all very much recommend

I got this for my daughter as a Christmas gift to help her learn how to apply makeup but she thinks it'll be difficult to apply makeup to it. Since she wasn't using it I started practicing hairstyles on it so at least I'm learning different braids. Who knew I'd like it.

Love it, learning to French Braid with it. I find the clamp attachment difficult to use. Otherwise it is awesome. That's my feedback.

My kid has recently sparked an interest in hair design, so this was a perfect spur of the moment gift along with scissors and combs! Great hair quality as he doesn't want to cut it anymore just to braid it and play with it.

Honestly I just got this to scare people. Got the tripod with it, you can just put it in a room or in the shower and scare the life out of your loved ones! Totally recommend.

I bought this to learn how to do hair so I can do my daughters hair . I have 2 boys and never had to do a girls hair besides my own . but my hair is always up anyway . Well this thing has a lot of hair compared to my 3 year old. And it’s very thick and gets knotted very quickly. I feel it’s kinda hard to deal with but maybe it’s because I don’t do hair . not sure. I’ve kinda let my 3 year old daughter take over it. she LOVES brushing the hair so In the end I guess it worked out!

The manekin hair is very thin. And the stand doesnt fit onto anything I have I'm my house. You need a thin table to attach it to.

Gets tangle easily, smells weird when you flat iron or use anything with heat. Good for styling any way. I really like it Thanks for attention.

Ordered this for my daughter. Took advice from another review and purchased a small makeup kit too. My daughter has really enjoyed applying makeup to the mannequin and styling and cutting her hair. Hair seems to be great quality, but cannot be heat styled.
