Really good wax warmer! The only thing I have to say is that I wish there were more cardboard liners for the top to prevent the wax from spilling.

My last heater stopped working so I tried again! I like that you can turn the dial from hot to cooler. I don't have high hopes that this Gigi heating pad will last.

Bought for professional use was very dissatisfied. I've always used Gigi heating pads, this was the first time I've bought them online. After about an hour and thirty minutes the center of the wax still hadn't melted! not sure if it was defective but i sent it back and will continue to buy my heating pads from the cosmetics store.

I am a beautician and I always have to go to my office to wax my face. I was fed up with it so I bought a cheaper wax heater. This wax warmer works great. I use it every Sunday on my face and some other areas. Yes, it will be hot, but that's ok. I only unplugged it for a few minutes and my hard wax is no longer hot enough to use. I'm happy with it!

Worked great! Good temperature settings, much easier than I thought! I have crazy facial hair and this worked and saved me money because I didn't go to a beauty salon. Definitely a great product!

I give this wax warmer 4 stars but I think I would give it a 3.5 if I could. It melts the wax easily and fairly quickly, but I have two complaints: 1) The heating pad gets very hot. Once the wax melts I turn it down to its lowest setting without turning it off and even then it stays very hot. Sometimes I even turn it off to let it cool down a bit before applying the wax. 2) It seems to heat up unevenly, in the sense that it's warmer on the outside of the wax mold and colder in the middle.
