The balloons did not look like the picture. Unlike other confetti balloons, the confetti was at the bottom of the balloon. Also, the colors were not of the quality I expected. Some of the balloons had almost all the same color confetti, not different colors like in the picture (almost all yellow, blue or green). From now on I will only buy them from the Oh Happy Day Party Store or higher quality sources.

I went to my local grocery store to inflate these balloons and they told me not to use helium with them. Mainly because they don't last long and also because the confetti settles to the bottom. I decided to blow them up myself. You were right, the confetti will fall if you don't shake it. The kids loved them! They were a hit, although 3 slammed. yes confetti everywhere! It was worth it, but don't forget to buy more! I took them to the party store for refills and left an extra wrapper for the staff in case they failed (one balloon burst when the helium jet had little or no pressure so I'm glad they brought an extra one!) I bet 4 stars only for the broken one and for the fact that the confetti settled on the bottom of another balloon and didn't crumble. 4 out of 5 looked like the picture!
