Smells old and seeped into torn plastic wrap and cardboard (it was wet and unusable). There was no packing material to keep the bottles from shifting in the crate. I tried to return them but at the return point I kept getting excuses. When I used my girlfriend's shampoo on a visit, it had a wonderful scent and left my hair shiny and soft. So I use old smelly half full bottles of this shampoo. and air conditioning. I can recommend this product, but I don't think I will order from here again.

I am very happy with this shampoo and conditioner. I have kinky hair and I am very hesitant to try new products. This product was recommended to me by a friend and I am very glad I bought it. In fact, I've found that I can use less and still get great results. There's a bit much going on with this set.

The package arrived covered in shampoo as the cap was not fully unscrewed. The product works great and smells good. The only problem is that half of it was spilled during transport.

I take medication that causes hot flashes so blow drying is not an option. I was looking for something that would give my air dried hair a blow dried look. That's it. The scent is so subtle and I appreciate it more than a heavy perfume. It leaves me silky and soft with shine and volume. My tips are in great shape. I have medium-fine, wavy hair. I'm prone to fractures.

We love this line of shampoo and conditioner. I find this particular formulation smells a bit stronger than others we've tried.

Product arrived with shampoo and conditioner which leaked into the plastic bag they came in. This could have been avoided if the lids had been fully closed!
