*Updated* There was an airflow/air pressure problem. It turns out there are silicon washers in the short umbilical hose connected to the reel. I didn't even notice them when hanging the hose reel, but it turned out that they were deformed and partially blocked the connection. Tested all round for a reel with only 25 feet of tubing. I figured if it was poorly made I'd send it back. This is actually a very well made hose reel. It is heavy and has a strong return spring. I've seen others report that the mounting holes made installation difficult. That's true, but I managed to get it in place and I'm very happy with how it's working. I think this coil is definitely competitive with much more expensive units. This is my third. I have Cobalt, Goodyear, and this one. The hose seems to be of good quality, the delivery is the same. It looks like the hose is user replaceable which is great because the first thing that goes wrong with these reels is the hose itself.
