I like that you can see all of your spend data in one place, it's easy to get into analytics if needed as well! My only dislike is how long there has been an issue with their website not loading properly after signing up or logging out - this makes me hesitant about using them at times when working from home during COVID19 related issues/protests (I am part owner / COO). I like that it is easy to use, has all of our needs covered (budgeting/accountability) with great reporting capabilities! It's not as robust in some areas - but we are still working out those kinks so no complaints there yet either!! We have been able solve most problems within minutes or hours rather than days which was my goal when looking at other options such as Sage 50 etc.. I love how easy it was to set up our CRM system, we were able fix most of issues immediately without any assistance needed from us! It's not compatible with Outlook which is what alot people use at work so maybe that could be changed? But overall great product if you're looking into setting one in place - just make sure your needs are met before purchasing this software because there can sometimes some minor glitches here or thayre but nothing major by far!!
