This is a great inexpensive light weight comfy blanket. The only reason I couldn't give five stars is because it was not prewashed. The first time we washed this it turned EVERYTHING bright blue. Not a little bit blue, or a hint of blue, but bright bright blue. Still, we like it very much.

Cotton blankets are a godsend to a hot sleeper such as myself. I purchased this one for my guest bed rather than my own. Just as others have said—it is identical to a hospital blanket & it does shed a lot in the dryer. It’s not very soft after being washed & dried. Medium weight. Maybe it will get softer over time.

This blanket is exactly what I was looking for. It's soft, fits my king size bed with plenty hanging over the sides so hubby and I don't fight over being covered AND has a nice pattern to the weave. No regrets and would definitely purchase again. *As other's have stated, in the first wash/dry it will lose a lot of lint so be ready to clean out your dryer vent. FYI that is not a complaint, just a fact of life!

Darn.They just won't make them like they used to. I washed on delicate in a extra large capacity washer and oh the pilling and loads of lint in the dryer. It's ok but not what they used to be. Had I not gotten it on a good sale it would be going back. I had hoped for a blanket that would last but this one just covers the bases.

The fabric isn’t soft and due to the material it was difficult to wash because the water wouldn’t drain from it properly.

Not sure when Americans decided they didn't want blankets with satin binding on the edges. Without it , cotton blankets n never stop stretching. Because of that, it only gets a 2 from me. Tired of lowering my standards.

Even though this blanket is supposed to fit an XL twin bed, it barely covers the top width wise. It's long enough but isn't wide enough at all.
