Good quality stand, light weight, compact when folded. It comes with a carrying case, making it ideal for transporting to gigs. Because it's light, mounting stability can be shaky when the boom is fully extended horizontally, which I do when I'm singing and playing keyboards. So I make sure that the legs fit well into the keyboard stand, which makes it very stable. It is very stable when the configuration is vertical as it would be for a lead singer, horn player, guitarist or bassist.

The materials are very cheap and it feels like these stands won't last at all. My main problem is that the clip threads are not standard. So you have to use the horribly flimsy plastic clips that come with the racks. They're barely holding the SM58, which is the only mic it should hold firmly.
