Good paper. Very practical and big enough for quick notes in watercolor.

Great paper, good size for outdoor use, not too small and not too big. Well made, easy to fold. I am very satisfied with this 7 x 10 inch magazine.

Excellent magazines for watercolor beginners. This is a very beautiful paper that can be peeled off and wetted, scratched, washed many times and more. BUT it is not so expensive that a beginner is afraid to use it. The size is good for medium sized "one a day" paintings and you can fit multiple studies per page. And it's well-ported, the perfect balance of big enough to draw on and portable.

It's not 100% cotton, but as another reviewer mentioned, it's better than a lot of Stratmore and Canson paper/watercolor magazines. I was pleasantly surprised at how many washes and/or polishes etc. it holds up. Plus, it's a good weight with minimal kinking. You can paint on both sides without showing through. Again it doesn't work as well as Arches etc. It does have some absorbency limits but for an affordable travel journal for the watercolor or intermediate beginner this is a great tool for…
