These lights are fantastic, especially for the price. I've paired them with Amazon Basics standard GU10 lightbulbs and they light up the room with ease. Installation was easy. The only downside is that the mounting cover area is a bit small and you can see the gap from the electrical box. Although there is nothing that cannot be fixed.

Used with a dimmer to light up a stereo and album collection, used the six directional heads to light up the corner shelves where the pottery would sit. I bought it for its simplicity and functionality and I suggest using your savings to buy quality LED bulbs and dimmers.

Easy to install and durable enough. May not be suitable for commercial applications where you need to frequently readjust lamp alignment. I think it's fine for home use. I use a dimmer on this fixture and rarely run the bulbs at full wattage, so I can't comment on the heat dissipation. To my knowledge, running bulbs at less than full wattage will greatly increase their lifespan (although it's less energy efficient).

Received this on purpose as I was looking for something that will take MR16 bulbs. I swear they had to update the listing since I first found it because it used to say it was MR16/GU10 compatible. I received it today and my bulbs don't fit in the socket. The box even says MR16 or GU10 but if there are no adapters or instructions I have to return this and get something else. Big Divorce. Now I have to deal with the return of what should have been pretty tough and dry.

We use this in our office and have installed six GU10 LED bulbs 6.5w 5000k instead of 50w halogen bulbs. The office is very bright, everything is easy to see - there are no dark areas.
