Description of GMB 799 0003 Wheel Bearing Assembly

Manufactured using high strength steel. OE Type sensors to ensure proper ABS function. All Hub Bearings are preloaded to reduce excess noise/vibration. Roll formed hub for higher assembly strength. Premium triple-lip seals offer maximum protection of the bearing.

Low price = cheap quality. Failure after 2 years

Poor quality, the bearing fell apart after 2 years. Should have bought a higher quality bearing, not the cheapest I've found. Get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

Requires replacement after 2 years.

Bought and installed in 2015. A month ago it was still working. Now it doesn't work properly and generates a lot of noise. This part should not be replaced within two years :/

Good quality at a reasonable price

The bearing looks solid. Installed with no problems. Fits well on my Ford Edge 2088 SEL AWD. Installed about 2 months ago. I've driven 2000km now with no problems. Please note this is a wheel bearing ONLY, not a hub. Highly recommended.

I bought 2 of these and they are fine

Make sure you know how to fit a bearing like this. People write bad reviews because they are more likely to damage these bearings when installing them. You should not simply push in the hub. the inner ring must be supported on the opposite side when pressing in the hub! Otherwise you will damage the bearing
