Replacement for the original remote control that has stopped working after a few months. The new one works well and GM Home's customer service was excellent in fixing the problem and replacing the original with this one.

Works great I ordered an electric fireplace but no remote control, it works great. The buttons stick for a while ok but my chimney works thanks for that otherwise I would have to box the chimney up and send it back so that was a big help!

I decided to just have a spare wireless remote control for the fireplace in the living room. With these remote controls you can control several types of fireplaces. Just make sure the remote control is compatible with your electric fireplace. One remote control is placed in one spot in the living room and the other remote in another spot in the living room to make it easy to light the fireplace with the color scheme you need to set the mood or atmosphere.
