The slider tracks themselves seemed to be sturdy, but the instruction does not match the actual product, and is also hard to understand. Also there is limitation on the drawer side thickness as well as drawer length, there is a hook on the back of slider track that limits the max drawer length. Will return the item.

Update: The screws and locking clips were jammed into one end of each slide's box. They are very light, and I missed them at first. I still don't have mounting brackets for them, though. I contacted the seller, and they have been very responsive, and they were going to send the mounting clips and screws until I told them I found them.There is still a problem, though. The instructions included show a L-shaped mounting bracket, but they tell me the white piece at the end is the mounting bracket…

Purchased 20 of these because every draw was slamming hard when closed. These were perfect replacement with the same holes.

They did not fit as good as would have liked but my cabinet was cheaply made so I had to make them fit. The slide is good quality

Couldn’t use them, hence the one star for installation, they were too high, using these would have eliminated a couple of inches of storage space.I missed the window of return, so I’m going to give these away to a friend who does house repairs.

I am using this to slide a desktop out so I can probably make it work for me. But the locking mechanisms and mounting brackets that are shown are not included and directions are rediculously stupid.

The instructions were pretty bad. I actually ended up installing them incorrectly due to the way my pullout needed to be. Theyr build nicely unfortunately if they had posted better install pics I would have gone with a different set.

Thisi is the third set that I've ordered, and now the second time that parts are missing. I am adding some drawers in our bathroom (converting false fronts into drawers). the first set I ordered were great so I ordered a second set. I got off on other projects and had to make the drawers, so it was a couple months after purchasing that I even opened the package. Description stated 2 PAIR which should have been 2 left 2 right 4 drawer locks. What I received was 1 pair ,1 left 1right 2 drawer locks. They need to understand difference between 2 PAIR and 2 PIECES!

The rails themselves look to be good but unfortunately there is a cabinet drawer thickness limitation. There rails apparently will only receive up to 16mm in width. My drawers are framed out with 18mm wood. These won’t work for me. This limitation was not made clear.

These are great slides. Work great, easy to install. The only issue is the price. They are inline with other manufactures but still way too expensive. We will be using some less expensive next time.
