🔪 6-Inch Stainless Steel Flex Joint Knife by Goldblatt G05011 Review

I love the handles on these gold leaf spatulas, the knife finish is great and the blade is flexible which makes it easy to use.

The blade of this knife is not made of stainless steel and will rust after the first use. The blade is most likely carbon steel as it is highly magnetized.

Blade Says Stainless Steel. However, it rusts after one or two uses. I have a similar product from Hyde. Which was used more often and more than a year. However, no rust. I contacted the manufacturer about the issue but never received the promised response after sending the message.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy this if you expect a quality product. Mine came with the edges chipped, the metal peeling off. The metal also appears to be encoded with some sort of clear coat. Also, the trademark my 4 inch knife has is missing as well as the picture. Either it's fake or the quality has deteriorated. My 4" gold leaf is great and I expected the same quality from a 6". Didn't even use it, just sent it back.
