There were a few thin patches of paint on the surface. They are not immediately noticeable, but still spoil the impression of a well-made product. Easy ordering, good selection, fast delivery and reasonable price.

The frame is pretty solid. But the wooden frame has a defect, like it was hit with a hammer. Also, the back of the frame is very loose and the mat that comes with it is not of the highest quality. You must tape any photos you place in this frame to keep them in place. I would not buy this again.

I needed a matte frame with three cutouts. I found this one probably cheaper than even the big box frame shop (check out Michael and Hobby Lobby) which charged just for cutting the rug alone! plus a solid wooden frame and real glass. And it's a home game!

I really like minimalism so this fits my criteria perfectly. Just a simple black matte square design with no textures. I use a linerless frame for three photos, so I only have one framed 9" x 18" photo and it looks great. Will definitely buy again whether I'm trying to frame 3 photos or another similar sized photo.

Real glass instead of acrylic. The joints were leveled and the overall finish was good (no chips or blistering) on the white frame. I liked the hanging clips - they are foldable for easy hanging of a nail or hook. It was packaged very well and arrived undamaged in a cardboard box (I always worry about glass). Its worth it.

At first I liked the look. Made from wood, I attached the lines of the image. However, I encountered two problems. 1.) The slots are supposed to be for 5X7 images, which is what I had, but the slots are slightly smaller than that, meaning some of the image will be cropped. 2.) Very nicely finished natural wood, real glass frame. No streaks or vacation with paint. Matte cutting is precise with clean and sharp edges. The holes are marked for 5x7 stock, but overall they are 1/4 inch smaller in height and width. For my purposes, this didn't mask too much of what I framed, but be aware you will lose 1/8th. I bought six of these to mount some paintings in Kenyan fabric. The wooden frames are great. I'm sick of the MDF frames (wood powder and glue) that are often advertised as "wood" but really aren't. They are solidly built and beautiful. However, the back panel is made of MDF, but much better than the thick cardboard or unnecessary corrugated cardboard that is often used, and very durable.
