I love Gooby harnesses. This is our second for my 18lb Shih Tzu. We also had one for our 14 pound Maltese. They lasted about 4 years and we are only replacing them because the current one is dirty. Only these fit well and are comfortable for her. It's easy to adjust so it sits around her, doesn't dangle or is too tight, and the adjustment doesn't move. This strap and all other straps are not that big. I have already bought 3 of these, was able to return 2. This is not suitable for dogs with large chests and small necks. Bought for my cats Masha and James. These are adult cats that weigh about 10 pounds each. I'm a small size for both and it fit great but the part that goes around the neck was loose, I just took a needle and thread to fit better.
