Bought for my cats Masha and James. These are adult cats that weigh about 10 pounds each. I'm a small size for both and it fit great but the part that goes around the neck was loose, I just took a needle and thread to fit better. (The first picture shows how I pulled the harness around the edges to sew it on). She doesn't pull the harness back like some other cats do. I don't know if that would be good for people with cats who can run away. It seems safe, but I would test it in a safe place first, just to be sure. Sure, she was a bit uncomfortable with the seat belts at first, but after a few treats and time indoors, she got used to them. We've been going outside for a short time recently and she's very curious. I try not to waste too much time and if she wants to come back we will. It just takes time and patience to start walking cats.
