This is exactly what I needed and my two cats used it straight away and love it. Also keeps dirt inside. The only thing that can definitely be improved is that after removing the lid, it's not that easy to put it back on. The slots/grooves that meet the top to bottom are very thin and there is very little chance of fitting them the first time.
