I really liked this pot, but they are short-lived. The clear pot was my favorite. I used to have a black pot and a white one, but they seem to have dried up within a year. I never got an extended warranty because it was so cheap I didn't think it was a problem worth sending in for repair. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I bought this product a little less than a year ago. Today it just didn't work anymore. It looks like the power button won't turn it on anymore. I tried to contact the manufacturer and got a message that the email didn't go through. I have to give an update. After this evaluation, the manufacturer contacted me and sent me a replacement boiler. I appreciate your concern for a disappointed customer. Now I'm a happy customer again.

Stop! Do not buy this product. It's not safe to wait for a fire. I've used this kettle a few times a day for the past few months. The auto-off function does not work. The pot nearly boiled over while I was working on a project in another room. Now to use the kettle you need to turn it on and off to turn it off.
