I love that it is so easy to use! The interface makes finding what we need super simple - there are no cryptic menus or buttons with little pictures next to them. It's also very intuitive once you get used to using it (and believe me, if your business does any work scheduling related tasks this program will be extremely helpful). If our employees don't know how to download files from gophter they sometimes struggle but we've had success teaching people in other departments about their benefits…

Pros
  • I love how easy it is to download documents and set up projects with it! The layout is very user friendly and the fact that it's completely cloud based helps me immensely it's super easy to share with others and to keep track of projects
Cons
  • I wish there was a quick way to delete/close projects so that I don't have a ton hanging out on the program

Good application but more improvements needed

I love using Gopher to schedule jobs, print invoices, and print reports. The integration with QuickBooks is also a big plus. It's easy to use and has all the features you need. I dislike that it can take a long time to print invoices, as the jobs can be quite large. I would like it to print faster. It's a great solution for accounting, especially for those who don't use QuickBooks. The invoices are a nice visual to see what clients have been paid and what needs to be paid. It's also nice to…

  • This program helps me run my business efficiently by making sure everything matches up correctly between two separate platforms (Quickbooks & Invoicely).It makes life much better! Allows us users at work make changes without touching each others computers or having multiple copies in one place which reduces errors tremendously!! A+

Just started and learning more of features daily

I like that it has all my tasks in one spot so its easy to keep track with everything going well or not as far as getting things done goes! It's great when we get behind because there is always something happening but nothing major at this time; however if no work gets submitted by deadline (which happens sometimes) than an email will go through asking what happened? If i remember correctly they are working hard to fix issues related to printing deadlines etc.. But overall just try using…

Superb billing solution, great customer service

Very easy to use software that has all my accounts in one place (invoicing is very simple). I am not able find any thing i dislike about this product at present time however it would be nice if there was more detail available regarding tax obligations when printing an invoice from within gopher - Tax due might need clarification as amount shown does differ depending upon account type e.g Pay As You go card vs store credit etc I like that it is easy to use.
