I just tried it and thank god I finally got a red eye to sleep in NYC! I usually feel so uncomfortable sliding onto a tray of food trying not to lean on the person next to me. This is genius. Simple and convenient. Highly recommended.

The eye mask was comfortable but the elastic cords that hold the head in the seat are weak and not strong enough to keep the head upright while sleeping. I liked the SeatSleeper travel support pillow better because the part that holds the head is much stronger.

I bought two pillows, one with a zip and one without. The pillow itself should have a string to hold it in place. They don't use a face mask throughout the trip and without it the pillows keep falling off. This is a problem that is easy to solve and would be ideal.

I really like this product. It's small and light. It's also very easy to set up. I only gave it 4 stars because the small rectangular pillow is a waste of time. Also, your mouth tends to open slightly, making it easier to breathe when wearing this. It didn't really bother me, but some people might be shy.

I bought this travel pillow and mask set because I travel a lot. I've tried dozens of sleep masks and travel pillows. What I love most about this product is the soft memory foam pillow which provides great neck support and can also be used as a rest pillow when traveling. Great product!

I saw this at a travel fair and was able to test it, but what I didn't expect was that not all airplane seats are created equal. The first problem is that not all aircraft make it easy to wrap the seat belt around the seat back. Second, it got pretty crowded after wearing a sleep mask. I love that you can use it as a back support and as a real little pillow when travelling. Overall I like him enough to travel with him, but actually he didn't always work out as planned.

The reason for 3 stars is simple. It works very well on some planes and not at all on others. If your plane has an adjustable headrest (like most long-haul planes), it will fit. If you're on a smaller plane without an adjustable headrest, all you have is a blindfold. As others have pointed out, it takes a bit of work to get it working. I am a very light sleeper and find it difficult to sleep on airplanes. I stumbled across this while picking up other travel essentials and decided to give it a try. I didn't actually use a pillow, but the mask gave me enough support to keep my head from bobbing forward and I was able to get the best sleep I've ever had on a plane. I flew from Colorado to London and back and slept even better on the way home as my confidence in the mask and its tiny straps grew. I agree with some other reviewers
