This is a great inverter. We've been offline for the last 6 months punishing this thing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I want to buy another one.

July 2021 Just installed this inverter. Initial tests show what works as intended. I will do a follow-up after our first week of long camp. We're basically a backwater.

Just installed this inverter in my RV. Testing with a socket tester and multimeter confirmed that the hot and neutral parts were reversed on both the wired output and the inverter outputs. I wonder what else they did wrong with this device.

Broke after a week without support. I called support and was told a technician would call me. It was two weeks ago. I live offline so I can't wait two weeks. I ordered a Victron as a replacement which despite costing 4x the price has worked flawlessly since I received it. I wanted to save so much money with this unit but once you test it at high power (within its rating) it will fail and the support team won't call you back.
