This is the second or third time I've ordered replacement batteries for a special phone my mom loves. The batteries are in new condition, look fresh and work as expected in the phone.

Works great. I've bought them in the past and they last for many years. I recently dropped my phone and the batteries no longer charge when docked, so I had to buy a new phone.

Buyers beware. It is advertised to work with my Clearness phone model but IT DOESN'T. Make sure you read the voltage on your old battery to make sure they are the same or the battery will not work. In defense of Amazon, I was refunded the purchase price. (So I just ordered a replacement).

Not sure if it works - I'll try to "charge" it in the phone holder - I'll get back to you later. It looks like the original battery that came with the phone but appears to be a little looser. Just take a look. Well it doesn't seem to be working. I'm sending it back, hoping to exchange it for a working one!

I bought this because it was said to be made for the Clarity 4230. However, when we put this battery in the phone, communication with this battery was lost. At first the battery powered the phone but after a few seconds nothing. For some reason it could not maintain a connection even though the battery was charged. The battery for my Clarity phone is excellent! I will definitely remember this seller. The last battery we bought was worse. The battery is only enough for one phone call. This battery lasted a full day without a charge. The only downside is that the seller keeps emailing me asking for a review which is annoying and usually encourages me not to send it. Buying a second battery for a new phone. Buying a dirty battery works great. Now I can leave my Clarity overnight without a charger for 12+ hours. Old factory batteries never lasted long. After reviewing all the same batteries, I'm glad I chose this battery seller. Remember to discharge the battery several times a year (either by not charging the phone/battery) and/or by disconnecting the battery from the portable phone until the battery is almost empty and charging again.
