This was my second purchase of this item. It turns out there aren't many cleaning supplies for garbage disposal. This product consists of resealable bags with individually wrapped cleaning capsules. Each pack contains twelve individual pods. After warm water runs through the sink, you can throw a capsule into the waste chute and turn it on. They smell pretty good when you first throw them down the chute; however, they do little to nothing to permanently deodorize disposal. Basically, you get a minute or two of aromatherapy when you use it, and then you're back down the stinky drain almost immediately. They just don't work as advertised. You're probably better off crushing some ice cubes with baking soda or lemon juice to clean the blades and help kill odor-causing bacteria.

If I could give zero stars I would. This product is solid. It's like each capsule is packed hard as a rock. I spilled hot water on it as instructed, but my waste chute (it's only 6 months old) won't grind it. It's stuck in my possession. I can't seem to find anything that really helps me get rid of them. Don't be a fool like me! In fact, they're too good to be true and don't work at all. Plus, the smell is irresistible, perfumed, and quite frankly, quite unpleasant. Sorry but if like me you are sensitive to strong smells, don't buy this junk. But even if it doesn't, don't worry because it just doesn't work.
