HD wideband audio, superb full-duplex hands-free speakerphone with advanced acoustic echo cancellation and excellent double-talk performance. Large phonebook (up to 500 contacts) and call history - up to 200 records. Automated provisioning using TR-069 or encrypted XML configuration file, SRTP and TLS for advanced security protection, 802.1x for media access control. 13248 pixel backlit graphical LCD display.

Waste of money good for VoIP

Man I want to return it but my assistant threw away the packaging The phone won't even sit down to dial a number! waste of money.

They work.: Telephones

Using the VPN function is cumbersome. The sound quality is good. The material is not that bad. It is convenient to use on the local network.

Great value for money

These phones are easy to set up and work well. No installation problems with freepbx. I bought used but new ones arrived. Perfect!

Junk IP phone

Wrong power adapter. The connector protrudes from the back so the phone cannot be stood or hung on the wall. The user guide is completely useless and says to press the menu button, err no menu button, the phone won't set up, make or take calls. The biggest e-waste in 30 years. Totally useless.

Unusable physical design, connectors don't allow the device to stand on the table -

The power and network connections are placed too low on the back of the phone, so the phone will never sit properly on the included kickstand. WTF, do we have to hold the device in our hands all day? I usually like Grandstream products, but this is an epic mistake, the engineer should be fired. I don't understand how this device can be rated positively.

I don't recommend it, very poor quality

Phones seem cheap and don't work well. We had to send two back. When we moved one, simply unplugging the phone caused it to short out. When we tried to plug the phone back in, the phone wouldn't turn back on. The other one was delivered and turned out to be defective (won't turn on at all). Redial doesn't work. Currently, my phone no longer displays numbers when I dial a number. I have to turn on the speaker so I can really hear the phone dialing and I have to turn off the phone to reset it asโ€ฆ

Programming took some time; Power and Category 5 cables lift it off the table.

This phone offers high quality sound and reliable service from two different VoIP providers, VoIP.ms and Call Centric. After connecting the power adapter and Cat 5 internet cables to the bottom, I saw that they were sticking out from behind the snap-in kickstand and the phone shook a lot. Until I have a better solution, I'll use a thick book on which I lay the back half of the phone. It's not exactly sturdy and ugly, but I'll find cables with 90 degree connectors or give the platform a moreโ€ฆ
