Firstly it was a refurbished model. IMMV! Five stars for easy installation. Plug in and go. Minus one star for reporting that voicemail was full - it wasn't. One star off for not answering calls. In all the tutorials I found on this the admin password is "admin" but it doesn't work. I found another password but it doesn't work either. The user account password 1234 works and allows you to access the device to view its configuration, but you cannot make any changes.
