Excellent Service and Customer Success Management

The team at Grendeek was very helpful in getting our account set up for us! They were able to connect with my Salesforce rep within minutes of contacting them about setting it all-up which is rare these days but they did that quickly so I can't complain there :) Any time we have had questions or needed help along their journey (which has been few) - you guys are always right back into helping me out as soon any question comes through!! Really appreciate how fast your support gets things done…

  • Very proactive, quick response times from customer service reps.very reliable / efficient system & great work flow once implementation starts..great documentation provided upon request..incredibly responsive if issues come across while users try using product

GREENDECK PRO-ACTIVE PLATFORM AND DASHBOARD

The dashboard is extremely easy to navigate as well has all of our data at your fingertips! I can see any issues with an order or product very quickly without having it emailed out from myself which speeds up my turnaround time dramatically. It would be great if there was some kind way for me create new reports that could pull in other systems into one report like inventory/revenue reporting etc but this isn't something we've been able yet so they are currently separate processes - however you
