I don't think I've ever been happier with a bedspread! Yes, HUGE! Dimensions are clearly stated. It's lightweight but 100% cotton and very warm. Some reviews said it was pastel in color and not as bright as the picture. These people probably wanted the Vintage Chic color scheme (much darker), not this Prairie Bloom. This is a wonderful blanket. I have included photos as customer photos appear like a very different quilt. Apparently I pull my covers up at night when I'm cold, nothing else. As described, it goes almost to the ground. Enough fabric to reach the floor at the end of the bed and enough to tuck in and then fold back up and over your sleeping pillows.
