I was hesitant to buy a toner from an unknown name but with all the positive reviews and the possibility of a return there was no doubt. Much better than other prices and there is still a problem! This product represents excellent value for an expensive toner. The cartridges last a long time and are easy to install in seconds. The order arrived on time in excellent packaging that protects unused cartridges from drying out. I highly recommend this product as a teacher. I can print for school from home and not worry about the costs.

One of the cartridges did not work at all. If you pay for 4 only 3 can be used. After I wrote this review the company contacted me and replaced all 4 cartridges, not just the 1 that didn't work! Great company, will definitely buy from them! Extremely satisfied!

I have updated my review after the seller contacted me where I could explain that there are no printed instructions or contact information in the box on how to handle this aftermarket toner, i received a full refund in the form of Revain gift cards and the supplier will notify their shipping department to include instructions that may prevent this issue and damage to my previous printer.
