I thought I would have to seal the handles, not like this. Already done, they come with better sealing than I could ever find. The length is great, the handle is big enough to handle heavy meat and because it's made of wood it never gets hot, the tongs have ribs that really grip the meat grip well and clean great. I didn't give five stars because on our last set the wood just fell off on both sides while the rest of the tongs were fine.
