Description of Griots Garage Terry Weave Drying

Microfiber. Imported. The long-fiber terry weave doesn't t produce the surface tension and drag that is common with other ultra-thick towels. Its innovative long-loop weave gives you the speed and convenience of one-pass drying and the capacity of one towel, one vehicle performance. This thick, dense microfiber drying towel is so absorbent it will pull rain from the clouds.

Expensive towel but worth it

My father recommended this towel for drying cars. I think this is the best I've ever had. I have two champagnes. One is leather and one is faux leather. This one soaks up much better, no wringing after every drive. You put it on the car, take it off and the section is clean and dry! I was able to dry two cars with it and it still didn't get wet. It was still absorbent after the Suburban dried! I would recommend this towel for any car. Reduces drying time, does it well, leaves no streaks and…

Buy it when you wash your cars.

This. Is. . The best drying towel I've ever bought. This saved me 30 minutes drying with a Rag Company waffle towel versus 5 minutes drying my car. Now I can dry and wax within 30 minutes. I should have bought it sooner. Also, you don't want this towel to get wet first like traditional microfiber towels do. Just spritz some aerosol wax on a dry towel and wipe over the clean paint and you're done! Although if I were a pro I wouldn't buy it. Once this thing 2 cars is dry it will take you forever…

No car can handle a towel

After doing a lot of research and reading many reviews I decided to buy this towel. I was disappointed. Griot claims this towel dries a car in one go. It's not like this! I have an older BMW 5 Series. No SUV, no truck, just a mid-size sedan. The car was waxed and when I washed it the water drained well. The towel worked great for the first half of the machine and I loved it. But when I got to the second half, I found that it wasn't picking up all the water, even on multiple passes. I had to…

I've been using waffle towels for drying for a number of years, which fit about half the car, but when filled with water they don't dry well even after wringing. I read several reviews of different drying towels, but decided on this Griot's terry towel. I didn't believe the claim that you could just put a towel on the car and lug it around to dry the car. After yesterday's car wash, I was able to verify these claims. I was amazed at how it really worked on flat surfaces like the hood, roof and…
