I like that it's so easy to use as an administrator of our system because there are no errors or problems with the interface at all! It also has some great features such as being able to create custom fields which can be used throughout different areas within my program. The only downside was when adding new products into inventory they were not added automatically (I have over 1000 items), this would happen sometimes but most often than not you had to manually add them yourself.
