Super helpful tool when recruiting: GrowRecruit

I like that it helps me find candidates quickly, and allows me to track my progress throughout each step of an interview process with ease! It also makes scheduling interviews much more efficient by allowing me to see who's available at any time. There are some features where I think there could be even more options/choices (like which type of questions you want asked in the assessment). The platform can sometimes get slow, but this doesn't happen too often. Sometimes it takes longer than…

GrowRecruit is amazing for sourcing talent

The best part about growrecruit was that it has all of my candidates in one place! I love how easy they made finding people with certain skillsets, experience levels etc really simple - just by using this platform you can find almost anyone who fits your requirements perfectly!! This software could be improved if there were more options available when searching through profiles/candidates (e.g., search only within an industry). It would also help me save time as well since everything will…
