It showed itself well in a compact router. Money well spent!

It came at the very last moment! The beat came while I was working on projects. This was my first router but purchased from Revain. My expectations were exceeded. I was concerned that this bit might be too big for my small router, but it worked fine. This is definitely the best value for money. It worked well and was easy to assemble. Came in a plastic box with all the necessary tools. It worked as I expected. It has a lot of weight. It is durable and easy to cut. I will definitely be buying…

Pros
  • Edge and grooving cutter
Cons
  • Doubt

Don't even bother, just buy a famous brand.

First of all the bearings and carbide seem really decent. But the build quality is terrible. The bat arrived with most of the paint already peeled off in the packaging. To make matters worse, the bolt holding the bearing was overtightened and almost completely snapped off. The Allen key that came with it didn't even fit, it was so deformed. After removing the screw with a wrench, part of the thread was completely torn off. Obviously there is no quality control and it would not be safe to use…

I didn't do my best in Power & Hand Tools

I gave this 3 stars because I want to be fair. Most reviewers liked that tongue and quill. That didn't work for me. I put in the correct size bearing and tightened the set screw as tight as I could. I first tried it on woodcuts and it worked great. Then I got down to the actual work and it worked great for the first 2 feet of the cut, then the bearing came loose and my work was ruined. A few other reviewers had this issue, but most didn't, so maybe this works for you. If you use it, I suggest…
